Welcome to StreamFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamFlow IPTV media player application ("Application") and our web portal located at iptv.m4infotech.com, provided by M4 Infotech ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Description of Service & No Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: StreamFlow is strictly an IPTV media player tool. We do not supply, host, broadcast, lease, or sell any TV channels, live streams, video playlists, or subscription packages.

You, the user, are solely responsible for acquiring streaming links, M3U playlists, or XMLTV data from your chosen IPTV service provider. You agree that we are not responsible for the availability, copyright compliance, or legality of any media content you stream using the Application.

2. User Accounts & Device Linkage

  • To sync premium features (e.g. Solo or Family plans), you may register an account using Google or Apple Sign-In.
  • Each plan has a set limit of active devices (e.g. Solo = 1 device, Family = 3 devices). You agree not to circumvent or spoof hardware indicators to bypass these limits.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the Application to decode or play streams that violate local or international copyright laws. The application logo, source code, website design, and player code are the exclusive intellectual property of M4 Infotech.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases, or Google Play Billing).
  • Refund requests are handled directly by the store platform where you initiated the purchase (e.g. Apple App Store or Google Play Store), in accordance with their respective refund policies.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind. M4 Infotech is not liable for buffering issues, stream disruptions, playlist formatting errors, or service terminations caused by your third-party IPTV providers.
