StreamFlow ("we", "our", or "us"), owned and operated by M4 Infotech, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when using our IPTV streaming player application across mobile, TV, and desktop platforms, as well as our official web portal hosted at iptv.m4infotech.com.

1. Information We Collect

Our app functions strictly as a media player. We collect only the data necessary to provide and manage our services:

  • IPTV Server Configurations: Your IPTV server URLs, usernames, passwords, or M3U playlist paths. This data is stored strictly locally on your device or within your private local browser cache to enable playback. We do not transmit this data to our servers.
  • Account Information: If you register an account to sync device activations, we collect your email address and authentication tokens via Google/Apple Sign-In.
  • Device Identifiers: To enforce device limits (e.g. Solo or Family plans), we collect non-personally identifiable hardware IDs, OS platform types, and device names when you link a device.

2. Data Usage & Policy Compliance

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide core video decoding, playback, and EPG schedules.
  • Manage device activation limits and premium plan subscription entitlements.
  • Comply with App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store policies regarding user accounts and purchase validation.

3. Data Deletion Rights (Apple Store 5.1.1(v) Compliant)

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

  • In-App Deletion: Go to the App Settings > Account > click Delete Account. This will instantly delete your email records and remove all registered device linkages.
  • Web Portal Deletion: Log into iptv.m4infotech.com/activate, go to the Account section, and click Delete My Account.
  • Manual Request: Alternatively, you can email us at support@m4infotech.com with your request, and your profile will be purged within 48 hours.

4. No Third-Party Selling

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data, playlists, credentials, or viewing histories to third parties. All streaming connections are established directly from your device to the IPTV provider endpoints you configure.
